Reservation & Rental FAQ

1. All reservations must be done over the telephone by calling 310-306-4444 using a Mastercard or Visa or in person using cash, Mastercard, or Visa.
2. A $250 damage/cleaning deposit is required on the day of rental.  Visa or MasterCard only, NO CASH, NO DEBIT CARD, NO AMEX accepted for damage deposit.
3. A 2-hour minimum rental is required.
4. We reserve the right to increase the minimum rental period during busy times (most holidays, weekends, and busy weekdays) as well as those times when we are short-staffed.
5. A 50%  deposit is required at the time of reservation.
6. A 7-day notice is required for any changes or cancellation to the reservation of 2 or more hours or you will forfeit your 50% rental deposit.
7. An 18% gratuity will be added to all sales.
