Reservation & Rental FAQ

1. All reservations must be done over the telephone by calling 310-306-4444 using a Mastercard or Visa or in person using cash, Mastercard, or Visa.
2. A $1000 damage deposit is required on the day of rental. Visa or MasterCard only, NO CASH, NO DEBIT CARD, NO AMEX accepted for damage deposit.
3. A 3-hour minimum rental is required on weekends from May 1 - October 31.
4. We reserve the right to increase the minimum rental period during busy times (most holidays, weekends, and busy weekdays) as well as those times when we are short-staffed.
5. A 50%  deposit is required at the time of reservation on rentals of 3 or more hours.
6. A 7-day notice is required for any changes or cancellation to the reservation of 3 or more hours or you will forfeit your 50% rental deposit.
7. A 24-hour notice is required for any changes or cancellation to the reservation of less than 3 hours. If 24-hour notice is not given to reservations of less than 3 hours, you will be charged 50% of the rental price.
